For one dollar, students and staff could send a candy cane and a Christmas greeting to anyone they wanted. The Students' Council organized a hot dog sale to help raise money to send Laine to ballet school. Or something like that. Poor Jeanine (above, right) looked so pathetic, wandering around the hallways looking for someone, anyone, to buy the last two hot dogs. We took pity on her and let her give them to us for nothing. We used one of them to send a Christmas 'Hot Dog Gram' to Josh. It had a ribbon and everything. Very festive. We're not sure what we're going to do with the other one. It's in our cupboard.
