 The Grade 3 / 4 class built things with garbage. We got the idea from the novel "Mice at Center Ice." In the story the mice used garbage to make their hockey equipment and puck. We collected clean garbage for about a month. When we were ready to build, we took turns choosing the garbage we would need.
