Students in all grades were treated to a presentation by the Medicine River Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, which is located in Raven, Alberta (near Caroline).
Representatives from the centre showed slides and talked about their work in rehabilitating injured and sick animals, and explained how they always attempt to return them to the wild.
They also brought along a hawk and an owl for a visit!
