Worsley School's long-time coach Danny Rossworm won the ASAA Most Sportsmanlike Coach award. He won this award by being nominated by parents and players who wrote letters explaining why he should receive it. Danny was chosen to be a co-recipient of this award over 9000 other nominees in Alberta.

The award said, in part:

The coach has, by example, consistently shown good sportsmanship while coaching and has brought credit to him/herself and the school. Further, the coach shows:
     - proper acceptance of officials' judgements/decisions
     - positive encouragement of player performance and bench behaviour
     - general deportment and interaction with other coaches and athletes

All of us at Worsley School would like to congratulate Danny for the exceptional job he has done with our students this year, and in past years.
