Mixed Fractions


Mixed fractions have a Whole part and a fraction part. They are more than one whole.

         They can be converted to improper fractions by:
         - multiplying the fraction denominator by the Whole part
         - adding that to the numerator
         - placing this result over the fraction's denominator
