This example uses the product rule. Then the first log is evaluated, and the second log is simplified using the power rule.

This example uses the quotient rule. Then the first part is simplified with the power rule, and the second part with the product rule.

Note the brackets, as the two parts after the negative sign will each have to have their sign changed.

The last step is to evaluate the middle log.
