We submitted an entry at our school Science Fair recently without telling anyone what we were up to. We purposely conducted an experiment that was done so poorly, the judges fell down on the floor laughing!
Why did we do such a terrible thing?
We wanted to show you some of the things that are often done wrong in science experiments. To do this, we devised a simple, easy to understand experiment, and then made many of these common errors on purpose, so that you could see why it is important that you avoid them.
We'll show you our project up close, so you can see our procedure. Then afterwards we'll examine what we did wrong. Hopefully you won't make the same errors on your project.
Use the links below to examine the project in detail.
