Various grade 10 Communications Technology classes learned how to make short videos. Students made storyboards and wrote and edited their own scripts for commercials, interviews, math lessons, and other projects, and then filmed them. Students did their own in-camera editing, and then the finished scenes were imported to the computer for clean-up editing, special effects, and joining. These pages will show you how some of these things were done, as well as let you watch some of te videos that were produced.

Filming ... one scene at a time.

See our page describing our filming of the  Titanic  love scene, and our incredible but tiny version of Snow White. You can also see our final class production of Cinderfella, which includes some amazing special effects. We also have stills from our incredibly scary movie 'Werewolf', although just a short clip from the movie is available to download. If you have a copy of the full movie, please let me know!

Later videos included 'Worsley's Next Top Model' and 'Jeopardy'. Although I wasn't the instructor this time, I have stills from both productions, although neither video is available for download.

Incidentally, we produced the videos in small format in order to limit the file size, because at that time video processing didn't work well (or at all) with larger files.
